After eons of exile, The Communion has returned at last to their home galaxy, only to find its worlds ravaged by their industrial-minded persecutors who failed to understand its powerful magic. 

 

At last, the faithful have encountered Ethra, the missing link in The Goddess’s alchemical theory. Commander Kagari has dispatched a team to explore the planet of Sahravan to secure the samples. If they are to succeed, they must fend off the abominations of ancient failed science experiments, and liberate the Ethra from the steel claws of industry. In the hands of The Communion, it will surely be harnessed for the preservation of humanity. The training of each soldier will be tested.
